We couldnt have asked for a better realtor. They really knew the ins and outs of the local market which made our home buying process much smoother. Whenever we had questions, they were quick to respond with helpful, honest answers. What really stood out was how hard they worked for us especially during negotiations. They were always professional, but also friendly and approachable, making us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. My wife and I worked with Brianna and Amanda as we navigated the Dallas market and they were amazing to work with. They are both extremely knowledgeable and also took time to understand our goals and desires to find the right fit. Though we never ended up buying a home in Dallas, they were extremely patient with us. We were never treated like we were a drag on their time and always felt as though they had our best interests at heart. Though we ended up moving to another state, we wish they were the ones to match us up with our first home. We would strongly recommend working with the Haven Realty Group for anyone looking to buy a home in the DFW area.

We are extremely happy we had Jenny Capritta as our buyers agent. She found us the perfect house in our preferred neighborhood of Lochwood!We met Jenny while visting an open house she was hosting in Forrest Hills and we liked her from the start. We presently live in NC and this made the home search in the fast pace Dallas market challenging. She was a great communicator and a straight shooter. Jenny guided us well during our on-line search with strong knowledge of the Dallas neighborhoods and the various characteristics of houses in each of the areas. She made sure she was the first scheduled showing of a new listing and gave us a FaceTime tour. She provided the advice needed to have our offer accepted! Once our offer was accepted she stayed on top of the process until we closed 23 days later!I will definitely recommend Jenny to anyone buying or selling a house!
