I just wanted to say that Abigail Torrescano is an absolute rock star. I was very particular with what kinds of places I was looking for and she went so far above and beyond to help me out that she shattered the bar for my required standard of service going forward. I wish there was one of her in every city.She did research for probably 100 properties just for me, asking about VA assumable loans and really scrutinizing properties, but also highlighting the ones that really suited me and my tastes. I think any military member would be lucky to work with her.Another great thing about her is that she truly cares about you as an individual too. She was always rooting for me to achieve my goals and did everything she could to help.

Where can I start? We had the best experience when house shopping and all thanks to Abigail T. She was very patient with our long timeframe to house-shop and she made sure both, my husband and I, found what we were looking. M Lynn Creighton Gearhart and Rhonda Montgomery helped me tremendously in selling my childhood home. They both were well-versed in all the legal documentation needed in selling my deceased parents home. We had two contracts fall through due to the buyers not qualifying for the price of the loan, and M Lynn held strong and led the charge to put the house back on the market and start all over. She fought so many wars for me and I could not have asked for a better realtor. She wasn’t trying to sell us on herself as an agent, but was genuinely trying to be helpful. She was so genuine and helpful that we decided to look no further for an agent. Abigail is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient. We were not the easiest clients to deal with, as my husband and I were on completely different pages. However, Abigail never showed any signs of frustration. Abigail is also great with communication. We never felt alone in the process. She made sure we always felt like she was available to us. We were introduced to Rhonda when we were in the market to purchase our 1st home. Because we were not familiar with Del Rio at all (stationed at Laughlin from DE), we wanted a realtor who was from the area. A person who would be honest and informative on what we were looking for and where to look. Someone who would be understanding and helpful because we were 1st time home buyers as well. She did not disappoint!!! We nvr once felt rushed or pushed throughout the home search process, she helped and made us feel confident with the haggling part when we did find a home with trees (ha!) that I wanted and she not only walked us through all the documents, but taught us why and encouraged us to ask questions so we actually knew what we were signing and paying for. After she helped us find our home, she didnt just disappear to the oblivion! When we needed a painter, plumber and ect, she gave us great people to work with if she knew of any (we quickly learned finding people who would actually follow through was difficult there!). Fast fwd about 3yrs later to when it was time to sell! This go round we knew exactly who to call! Miss Rhonda! Her and her team was just as awesome during the selling process as they were during our buying process! She even found us a great realtor to work with in NC! To summarize, if you want someone who will not just sell/buy a house, but also ensure you are confident in every step of the way and know someone who will still be there to help after the contracts are signed, contact her and her team!

She helped us with the home seach process from afar and again when we came in person. She was always patient, through, and quick to respond.
