We were a commercial building for the first time. I went into this not knowing what to expect. However, our real estate agent Clayton Hays from this office is amazing. If at some point he didnt know the answer, he found out in a few minutes. Clayton tells you in advance about anything, he does not hide information from you, even if it is not something you want to hear. You need Clayton in your real estate business, Clayton treats you with the utmost respect at all times and he is always professional. A five-star rating isn’t high enough. Clayton was always helpful, professional, and extremely patient with us Great character! Clayton is the best! I highly recommend Claytons services for your property needs! Definitely would use Clayton again. Highly recommend him!

This was the very first time I bought a house on my own. Clayton was very helpful with helping me purchase this home every step of the way! He answered any questions that I had from the beginning to the end. He even recommended a bank to help me get a loan to buy my house. I had to provide financial information to the bank and they made the entire process simple and easy. They helped me a great deal as well! The seller was a bit difficult to deal with but with Clayton’s help and professionalism he made things run smoothly and he got it done! I would recommend Clayton Hays to anyone needing a realtor! We recently used him with the sale of our home and land in Buffalo, also had used him several years ago with the purchase of the land. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond during the entire process. He listed our home and we closed on the sale in just over 30 days. He definitely had his work cut out for him due to the fact that we now live out of state. He handled everything and made it possible for our closing to happen without us even being there. I recently traveled through Buffalo and thought I had lost my Pandora bracelet (this bracelet has a lot of sentiment to me). I called Clayton because his office is close to the parking lot I believed I lost it in. Without hesitation he was will to help an out of town stranger. I am beyond greatful!
