The best rental agency that Ive EVER dealt with. Willing to work with you, and they treat you as a person and not a document. They work to resolve issues with you and they really want to fix the problem, not just pretend in order to shut you up. Audrey is a sincerely good person and does what she says, which is rare to find these days. I truly appreciate her. She goes above and beyond.

When we first met Audrey James, she explained that her job is more service than sales. Audrey proved that with her thorough knowledge of the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Audrey would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Audrey also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. We have bought and sold several houses over the years and this by far was the best experience . Audrey was just simply AMAZING!!!! , she worked hard so we could get the most from our sale. We had not actually lived at the property in 10 years and unfortunately after our previous tenants the house needed a significant overhaul , because this house had been our first home ,it was important to us that we bring her back to life so that the next owners would have an ideal start in there new home . We dont live in Killeen so we knew we would have to rely on the agent a lot to get things done . She was always flexible , and made time for us when we were able to come into town for initial assessment of property. Audrey took the lead early on and ensured whatever needed to be done got done. We relied on her expertise and recommendations which were always on point , she was always honest ,professional and communicated status updates regularly . She provided receipts and regular accounting so we always knew where we were with cost. When it was all said and done and the Fat Lady Had Sang her tremendous efforts and sound market advice resulted in us walking away with more than we ever thought we could.
