Hi everyone to who ever gets to see or read this review my name is Sergio and my wifes name is Jenny Ortega. weve been here in Texas 7 months we move from California with a lot of hopes and very excited to start a new life buying a house here in Texas. We have never been through the process of buyin a house we didnt know where to start what questions to ask so we started Googleing information about buying a house or property here in Texas I dont really remember how we run into Relay Real Estate the agents that helped us was Joshua and Stephanie. We didnt look for them or really anybody because we didnt know whom to trust. To make a long story short, we decided to give them a chance to help us with the process, of buying property. We are very happy with the results of our decision. I thought at the beginning here we go!! all the stress of buying. To be honest We didnt even feel stress or pressure to buy. It started by doomscrolling Zillow. We knew we were moving to San Antonio, but it was months before we were even close to ready to start the buying process. Stephanie and Josh reached out to me and maintained regular contact and continuously showed houses that we might be interested in. When it was time to start touring houses they were thorough in showing us things to look for in pre existing homes as well as new construction houses. They were persistent during the negotiations process and were able to get us everything we were looking for and more! Stephanie and Joshua are amazing! Stephanie assisted me early on in our home search by patiently helping me look through new and existing communities for homes in our price range and area of interest. She scheduled multiple tours and was accommodating to my schedule. She was always responsive and truly cared about our desires. Even though we did not end up in our first choice area we are still happy with what we ended up going with. Joshua worked more with us through the home buying process. Attending walkthroughs with us, reviewing paperwork with us, assisting with identify a buyer for our existing home, advocating on our behalf, and even helped us to ensure we got our keys at the end of the day so we can start moving in without delay. Amazing customer service and not pushy at all. This is my second time working with them and honestly wouldn’t work with anyone else.

Joshua spent the time to send videos to us so that we could do a virtual tour of the house we were looking for. I cant say enough about Joshua and Stephanie! I just wrapped up my third real estate transaction with them and it was a pleasure all the way through. Although my sale was on the smaller side of their portfolio, I never felt neglected and quite to the contrary, I received five star service during every interaction. One of the things that I love most about working with them is that although theyre massively experienced, they never made me feel pushed or pressured in any direction. I received expert advice and always felt like I was in the drivers seat. We know how tough the market can be for a seller right now but Joshua advised that we test the high end of the listing price range. My property was only on the market for a week before receiving the offer that we ended up closing on. There were a couple of tricky situations along the way with a VA loan and post inspection work that Joshua helped me navigate through to an on-time closing. Joshua and Stephanie have earned a client for life or for as long as they want to work with me ;)

We thought it would be hoop after hoop, issues and bumps in the road but that was absolutely not the case!
