I had an opportunity to work with Bernard Josiah Sengoll for selling my house in Dallas, TX. Bernard was very much helpful during the entire process and he took care of all the buyer side negotiations. I moved to Austin, TX during the sale process and he took the responsibility of cleaning the home, fixed minor issues and coordinating with contractors for warranty related issues. He also worked with Title company to resolve my unfortunate issues during the closing. I strongly recommend Bernard to anyone who is looking for realty service.

Mr.Bernard helped immensely for my land purchase process from beginning to end. He is very professional and truly working for customers long-time satisfaction than money.His service has deeply impressed me, and he is willing to travel to the site locations wherever/whenever I was looking, to find the exact land for my needs and appropriate loan processing team for pre-approvals/renewals/loan approvals, right title company and mineral search land man (I was no idea about the mineral search process and His help was highly appreciable).I remember during my purchasing process after the offer was accepted by the seller He had to travel out of country, and he was still kept checking/following/answering throughout the process even though He had assigned a proxy person/agent to reach out, He was personally touch with me to satisfy my needs.Truly the company should be proud to have Him in their team.I’m so Thankful to use Him as a realtor! I have worked with Bernard Jesiah Sengoll for buying our house in Little Elm, Tx. Bernard was very helpful during the entire process. We came to Dallas from Chicago to view the properties and Bernard picked us up at the Airport and spent an entire day with us showing us the properties. Once we finalized, he helped us in getting the right kind of finance and arranged for required house inspections. He was very helpful until we closed the property. I recommend him highly for Real Estate needs in Texas area.
