I had an amazing experience with Christine Norris! She was super sweet and very personable! Me being a first time home buyer I had so many questions but she helped me through it all! I never once felt like just another customer, but more like family. She worked around my schedule daily and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process step by step. I had this great idea when I decided to sell my house, I would save the commission fees and have a for sale by owner listing… Libby reached out to me and offered her services to handle all contract documents through closing… After a few weeks of tire kickers, people just asking questions, wasting my time, numerous spam calls and emails, I had enough. I called Libby to seek her help in listing my house with her. She gave me a packet and said to follow the staging process as close as possible for the photographer and showings.
