I have had the pleasure of working with the Regal Team for the last five years since coming to New Braunfels. These guys know their market, real estate and are super professional. I highly recommend them. Wade is an investor at heart and you can count on him to ensure the numbers make sense. If you are looking for design inspiration and looking beyond the current look of the house, Morgan is incredibly helpful. I am a first time home buyer and had Wade and Morgan recommended to me by a friend. I was extremely impressed by their service in every step of the home buying process. I had no clue what to ask or look for and they were both very helpful in making sure I was getting all of the information I needed. I ended up getting a new build that had several delays and Wade was there every step of the way to make sure things continued as smoothly as possible. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the building and construction process! He was so great that my builder actually asked for his number after he heard all of the questions and points he brought up so he could refer friends to him!I am very happy I had Wade and Morgan by my side to help me find and follow through with my home. They will take care of you and make sure your questions and concerns are promptly met. I will be recommending them to all of my friends that are looking for a new home!

What a truly great experience! Wade and Morgan made selling my home and purchasing a new one so easy. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the market and make sure they listen to their clients needs. Any questions I had were answered right away. My new home was a new build and they were in constant contact with the builder. Ive being involved in 6 real estate transactions and Wade was the BEST! I found him online based on him fetching top dollar on other sales. We spoke on the phone, I signed with him immediately and he sold our house for top dollar. I was out of town so didnt meet him in person once, but he handled all the minor repairs, communicating with tenants, he went above and beyond. I highly recommend Wade for anyone looking for a great experience.

Morgan and Wade made my home buying experience far less stressful and overwhelming than I had expected. This was my first time to buy a house, so I had a TON of questions... most of which Morgan answered before I even had to ask! They are knowledgeable, helpful and respond so quickly to everything... AND Wade has a background in home renovations and construction, so he understands a lot of the inner workings of what makes a solid house. (That made me even more confident since I know nothing and I bought my house on my own.) They are my broker/realtor as long as I live in Texas... no question!!
