Dave is the best broker in the DFW. After *multiple* agents that were unable to complete their task over months of trying, David stepped in and sold the house first week it was relisted on the market. We even had several offers on the first day! The big deal? We had already moved to Hawaii. He literally took care of everything state side while we were setting up our new life here. After making a substantial profit from our house selling we have now purchased land here and started building our dream property. None of this would be possible without him, his awesome communcation and drive to complete (what seemed like) an impossible task! Months of struggle and he stepped in like it was nothing and made it happen. This is the only person I have faith in for the entire DFW area.

Phenomenal. If you are looking for the very best possible real estate transaction experience - Dave is the man. We saw his name on a for sale sign down the road several months before we planned to sell our home, and saw his name on NextDoor around the same time. While Id had a couple friends give me names of their agents, but every time I considering reaching out to someone -- I kept coming back to Dave. So I texted him. He responded promptly and we set up a time to connect. Every step of the selling process, Dave was responsive, patient, helpful, and honest. Our first time selling, we had tons of questions about the process and what to expect and what to do and how to do it. We trusted Dave completely, as he guided the way through. He made a complex process smooth and was able to provide insight and bring his experience to calm any concerns or questions we had. Dave has raised the bar to a level of perfect that would be really hard for anyone else to surpass. He knows the market, he knows the field, and he knows the area. I was using a different realtor that made me feel like I wasnt important, and operated in an unprofessional manner. I looked David up on Realtor, and decided to consult with him about my experience while trying to obtain a new home. After a brief conversation with him, I knew he was the right man to help me; and so, after ending things with the other guy, I started my search over with David. He was attentive, knowledgeable and professional in his genuine effort to help me find the one. Interestingly enough, I had found the one with the other guy, but was outbid by another interested buyer. (Come to find out, the selling agent informed my then realtor that we would have to submit a higher offer to be accepted, but my then realtor never submitted my second offer, though he assured me he had) After I explained the situation to David, he got to work. After a week of communication with the selling agent, the first buyer terminated the contract. Because of Davids effort and tenacity, we were able to get our offer accepted before they relisted. I would not have otherwise had a chance to get the house I wanted were it not for David. I cant recommend him enough. Hes the man for the job! A true professional!

The best realtor in DFW. Dave is easily one of the best real estate agents I’ve ever had.He goes above and beyond to make you feel that you are his single most important client.To do business with him and his company is truly a “white glove” experience.From selecting listings to providing market insights he takes the utmost care in everything he does. I recommend him to anyone doing real estate business in DFW. By extension reflect real estate made the back end paperwork a breeze the staff was kind and courteous and very organized.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to post this review on as many platforms as I can after how smooth Dave has made the home buying experience for me and my family. Home buying can be an intimidating, complicated process and having a truly excellent realtor can make a huge difference. Dave Sheehan is just that: truly excellent. By a stroke of luck, he was representing the seller of our new home and he agreed to represent us as buyers since we didn’t have an agent. I’ve heard horror stories of realtors who don’t know what they’re doing, don’t communicate well, and don’t have your best interest at heart. Dave is the complete opposite. He’s personable, funny, extremely savvy, and advocates for his client at every opportunity. He’s communicative but not pushy. He clearly has decades of experience doing his job well and gets every action item done promptly (and then handles things behind the scenes that you wouldn’t even think of). He knows the residential market extremely well in DFW and has a vision for the nuances that affect the value of a home and neighborhood. He is a family man and makes sure that he makes time for important life events with them, but his proficiency in his work ensure that there are no loose ends hanging in the balance during that time. He has gone above and beyond to get our deal done, putting our best interest even above his own financial gain in some cases.Tl;dr If you are looking for an honest, communicative, proficient advocate to go to bat for you in your home buying or selling journey, Dave Sheehan is that to a T. Do yourself a favor and let Dave make this process as easy as possible so that you can get into your dream home!

I wish I had another star or two to give Dave and his team at REFLECT. My wife and I married in 2022 and were looking to purchase a home together after selling our houses. Dave showed us quite a few homes and either he or one of the REFLECT agents was always there at the drop of a hat to get us a showing when we found something we liked. We finally decided to keep her house and make it ours, therefore I needed to sell mine. I reached out to Dave for help and he became my agent. He came up with a plan for advertising and pricing that netted me a lot more money than I expected. I got several competitive offers over weekend and the house sold in no time! It was so much easier than I expected and I contribute that to Daves skills, knowledge and planning. Ive been fortunate to work with some very good agents in the past, but none of them can hold a candle to Dave and the REFLECT team.
