Best real estate transaction ever. Our agent Steven Van Orden and his team (including Doug Schwartz and Karen Chance) were professional, effective, and great to work with. Steven is extremely numbers oriented--he tended to under-promise and over-deliver, which we appreciated. Our listing pictures were perfect, the brochure was full-color and double-sided--in short, everything youd expect from a full-service RE agent at 1% instead of 3% cost to you. Doug and Karen were extremely efficient and professional, but also fun to work with. Thanks to you all for a great transaction. The Redfin model is perfect.

TOWANA GREEN and ALLISON BIBBEE are the two names you need to know if you’re looking to purchase a home in the Austin area, I hired Miss Green as my agent well looking to purchase a home recently, The experience could not have been better!
