1/6/2023: Rebekah is a true professional that willingly gives of her time to help others! I discovered Rebekah based on a referral from Chandler Crouch Realtors, since I needed some help preparing for a Denton County ARB hearing. Rebekah prepared a very professional Comp Sales Report and Market Analysis Summary for me to present in my hearing. My Total Market Value was lowered but my Appraised Value [which is what I get taxed on] remained the same. Rebekah did an amazing job; she is very cordial, thorough, and knowledgeable of the housing market! Thanks again, Rebekah; I appreciate you! Wishing you continued success!10/3/2023: And just to add, Rebekah did another stellar job; this time for my 2023 protest. She professionally composed the appropriate documents that I needed to show the Appraisal District that their numbers were too high. With her help, I was able to prove this and got my Total Market Value reduced by $56,585.00!! My Appraised Value remained the same but getting any reduction is a good thing in the long term. Thanks again Rebekah; youre the best!11/22/2024: Earlier this year, Rebekah once again donated her valuable time and provided the necessary documentation to protest my appraisal for 2024. With her great help, the astute appraiser reviewed the provided information and he reduced my Total Market Value by $47,697!! The Appraised Value remained the same but getting any reduction is a win. Rebekah emailed detailed information that included COMPs we can use in our protests with the Appraisal District. This woman could not do enough for us! She is such a hard worker who was 110% dedicated and determined to get us the perfect house. As first-time home buyers, she taught us everything there is to know about buying a home and was very open about the pros/cons to each house we viewed. She remained patient throughout the countless home viewings we had. This is crazy to say, but she made this first-time home buying experience fun and exciting! I was truly never stressed because I knew I was in good hands.
