We bought a home and then listed our old one for sale. Rebecca helped us with both transactions. Shes a sharp go-getter who puts in 100 percent effort into everything she does. Helps you stay on track with all the details. During negotiations she would say: it doesnt hurt to ask. So we asked and we got what we requested--even in this competitive market. We staged the old house following her advice to a T (yes it cost money and took a lot of work) but we had multiple offers and a contract within 48 hours. We highly recommend Rebecca and would use her again.
