I’ve used Donnie’s services twice now and each time has been great. He placed a tenant for my rental and he took care of the eventual selling of that rental years later, both of which were super easy with him. You could also tell throughout the process when outside services were brought in he had their respect and therefore they were also great to work with. (A few times in the process people would tell us how lucky we were to find Donnie and that he is the best realtor they work with.)We’ve used Donnie for just about everything aside from buying a property but based on my previous experiences the next property purchase will be through him.

Donnie, words cannot describe how wonderful you have been in getting me through this most difficult time. Your gentle persuasion and compassionate manner was what I needed most to navigate this transition in my life. You were there every step of the way and I most certainly could not have done it without you. You answered every question with professional and personal answers even though some of my questions were a bit silly. Your calm demeanor kept me calm when I needed reassurance. You knew the right questions to ask and certainly had all the answers. After a long delay you were the one who found out the problem with the court and I appreciated your intercession as it went smoothly and promptly after that. Actually I did need the extra time to pack the house. You took care of every detail and always gave me reassurance that I was in good hands, that you would always be there for me no matter what I needed. Update 10-19-21: My mother unfortunately passed away last year and I had to sell her house. No way was I going to do this without Donnie. This sale turned out to be the most anxiety inducing one to date, but Donnie was there for me every step of the way. I was selling my childhood home, which was nerve wracking by itself, and the buyers title company was an absolute dumpster fire. Donnie was putting out fires for me left and right. He even called me while he was on vacation to make sure everything was okay. If youre on the fence, dont be. This man is a dang hero. Give him a call, like yesterday!Donnie is the BEST!!! He helped us buy our first house and then another several years later. The second time, I was pregnant and my hormones had me so anxious, but he was so patient with me. He will not steer you wrong. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would.
