This wasn’t my first home purchase but it was the best! Celine Crestin was my agent and she was the best hands down!! During Covid I dealt with builder agents lying, quitting and moving my closing date THREE times! I even ended up having to stay in a hotel with a small child and dog for a week. Celine never lost her cool! She provided excellent service! I even had surgery at a point during the building process. She drove an hour away to my new home site to check on the progress for me and send me videos and pictures because I couldn’t drive to get down there to see it. I stressed out so much in the last 45 days and Celine never broke a sweat. She helped me to sell one home while purchasing another. And even though this is not my forever home and I know within the next 8 to 10 years I will probably be buying another one, there is no one else I would trust to help me with that process again other than her!

We got so lucky to have connected with Realty Reimagined, and to be more specific with our realtor Joshua Cronshey. We are first time homebuyers and truly were clueless about the entire home buying process. We’ve been renting in Austin for a while now and have quickly grown tired of rising rent prices. We reached out to Josh and he met up with us for a casual meeting at a local coffee shop. We had a few other interviews for realtors lined up but ended up canceling with them after our meeting with Josh. We set up our next meeting to be the day we went and looked at houses/neighborhoods and to meet several builders. Josh was AMAZING that day- he helped ask all the right questions, gave them his business card to prevent us from getting a million calls and e-mails from builders, and spent a good portion of the day taking us to all of the neighborhoods on our list and in our budget. We found our dream home that same day, in our budget, in the area we wanted and he got us in a new build with every thing we wanted! We have signed all the papers and are getting to watch our home be built from the ground up. Josh keeps us updated and occasionally drives by there and sends us photos of the progress. He’s always available through text/email whenever we have a question (which is often!) We recommend him and Realty Reimagined a million times over to anyone in the Austin area. The home buying process felt so daunting and scary because of all of the unknowns but Josh has been incredible in guiding us through it all.
