Jon Chambers is one of the best people you could hope to work with. From our first call, he set expectations for this tough market, while also reassuring us that he would help us find a home to meet our needs. As we started our search, he was a great sounding board for listings, and he proactively sent us opportunities based on what he knew about our criteria. At each property, he gave us his honest, measured opinion, and made it a priority to help us make an informed decision. I cannot emphasize enough how much peace of mind it brought us to know that the priority wasnt just getting us into a home as quickly as possible - it was getting us into the home that would work best for our needs. When we finally found that home, he guided us through the closing process, and did a phenomenal job negotiating on our behalf. From building the original strategy and timing a difficult market to determining the correct price, their instincts were spot on the entire way through. They both went above and beyond during the staging phase, making multiple trips to our home to give advice. They were always available during the process to answer questions and give reassurance. We were never caught off guard, as they anticipated any hurdles that might come our way. The result was a full price offer that came faster than we planned! The buyers lender had a last minute stipulation that required a lot of river rock to be moved....Sheila came over with her family and shovels and got it done in the late June heat. Clark Gray was our realtor and is top notch. We lived in CA and were building a house in Dripping Springs, TX. Clark went above and beyond for our nearly 2-year building process from contract to final walk through. Hi knowledge of the process, Texas, building expertise was incredible. He went and took photos for us anytime we asked (which at times was weekly), videos, even hired a company to get aerial views of our property lines because we were unsure of where our house was being built! He helped deal with numerous negotiations and builder issues that came up with firmness but true professionalism at all times. We knew that Clark always had our best interest in mind. Even after our house has closed, Clark is always available to us and answers any questions we have about our home and being new to Texas! I am an Attorney and I can promise you, I am not the easiest to work with at times, but Clark handled me better than anyone I have worked with in the past. Im sure I kept him on his toes at times; which means he can handle many strong-willed personality types. I have already referred family to Clark and will continue to do business with him on all future property transactions. My husband and I worked with Nicole Sislen to sell our house of ten years. We toyed with selling for a few years and looked for a house before deciding to build and Nicole was extremely patient and informative. She took us to countless houses of her and our choosing and reviewed the pros and cons of them all. With regards to selling our house, she helped us fix what needed to be fixed without overdoing it and assisted with the staging to an extent that we couldnt believe how good the house looked. We really appreciate all of the time Nicole spent with us, her level of knowledge and expertise as well as how easy she was to communicate and get feedback from. Mark Alexander helped me purchase a house when I was under the stress of finding the perfect home for myself and my mother. I had taken on being her caregiver, so the house had very unique requirements - separate living spaces. We found the perfect house, and as a first time home buyer, Mark smoothed the process immensely. Further, he kept in touch over the next several years with tips for getting the most out of home ownership. When I was ready to sell a few years later, Mark once again worked behind the scenes to make the transition smooth, and he helped me sell my house in seven days. He is fully collaborates to make sure you meet your own goals for buying/selling, he understands the market in your area, the unique aspects of your home, and your needs. I’m sure I’ll work with him again when I’m ready to buy again, cant recommend him enough!

12 years ago, I bought my first condo with Nevada Wood. As a pretty young realtor, he was amazing. After living in it for 11 years, got a wild hair and decided to move to Virginia. Nevada helped me navigate the sale of my condo. However, 4- 6 months into the move I realized that it was a mistake. I reached out to Nevada for help moving back to Austin. The market here was RED hot but Nevada was able to negotiate the market for me LONG DISTANCE! After a number of video calls, we landed on a beautiful house in Lively Ranch. A house that I now call my HOME! I couldnt have gotten back here without Nevadas patience, help and friendship. I value him not only as a realtor, but as a good friend! Brandon Easley will forever have my gratitude. He went above and beyond ANY expectations I had from an established Real Estate Agent. I was probably one of THE most anxious clients he’s probably dealt with, but that did not faze him. I had a very different expectation of how the home buying process was going to be, and I could not have had this success, without Brandon & The Easley Group. I really dont know where to start. Tammy was amazing. I met Tammy July 20, 2022 at a pool school for one of her clients. I mentioned to Tammy that Debbie, and I were going to put our house on the market in October. We were dealing with another agent at the time. Anyway Tammy, and I exchanged numbers, and went on our way. On July 29, Tammy started reaching out to me about just sitting down to talk to us to get an idea about us, and to tell us more about her. I was pushing back because we had an agent already. Tammy was really working to get to meet Debbie, and talk. I didnt listen, but what I really liked the most, and just had to have Tammy as our agent, is when she reached out to me on August 7, and she remembered that I told her when we wanted to list our house in October meant a lot to us. We finally met with her, and shes been nothing, but amazing to us. Shes always on time earlier than our appointment time, she listens to our needs, she gives great advice, and great feedback, always there when we have questions. This was an amazing, but long process, and we couldnt be more satisfied with Tammy. I also think we have a new friend for life.

Karen Ivey is the most AMAZING real estate agent ever! Weve gone through several home sales and have seen family and friends go through them as well- they are not the most pleasant experience. However, Karen made our whole experience quick and painless. In our case, we were selling our house in Austin while living in Maryland. It is extra difficult to take care of all the odds and ends necessary to sell a house while living across the country. However, we didnt feel that way with Karen supporting us.Karen is a pleasure to work with. She is extremely helpful and transparent. She was available to us every step of the way, making sure we always had a clear understanding of the process, but letting us take the lead in making decisions. She bent over backwards without even being asked, to set up appointments for us, find contractors to do some repairs for us, stage our house to make it shine, etc. She gets the job done and does it with style! We got multiple offers on our house within two days of it being on the market, and it sold over our asking price. I can tell you that was absolutely due to the hard work that Karen put in. I could not say enough good things about Karen. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. The only thing I would change is that we would have met her sooner!

Cyndi Cummings was just plain amazing. She sold my house in Austin and helped me purchase my house in San Antonio. In Real Estate there are 3 important things: location, location, location. My house has a nice location, a wonderful view and a nice neighborhood. She said she had 80 people view the house. She was able to WELL over $100,000 above asking price. She also went out of her way to help me in every way possible to facilitate and make my journey easier. She arranged for movers, cleanup and repair of the house and an estate sale for things left behind. I gave Cyndi 5 stars but the only reason I did not give her 6 stars was because that was not an option. She is not only a superb realtor but a wonderful person as well.

I accidently stumbled across Jana McCool’s link, and it was kismet! She quickly contacted me, and the process was underway. She is very knowledgeable about Austin and surrounding areas. She listened to what I was looking for and guided me to areas and potential houses that met those needs. She was very flexible with me as my interest moved from Austin to Wimberly and finally New Braunfels. As I was still deciding between locations, I spent 2 days touring homes in these areas and she was very organized and planned the viewings perfectly, helping me narrow location and on the second day we found my home. I HIGHLY recommend Natalie Malnor to anyone looking for a place to rent or buy in the Austin area! My wife and I worked with Natalie on finding a rental a few years ago and we worked with her again on finding and buying our first house!I can’t say enough great things about Natalie. She knows all the areas around Austin like the back of her hand, she goes WAY above and beyond during every step of the home buying process. She knows literally everything about real estate - there wasn’t a single question we asked her that she didn’t know. Penny Moulder is the absolute best real estate agent I have used since buying my first home in 1985. She knows the Austin market very well, priced the home perfectly for the current market and then made the negotiation and closing process simple, easy and stress free. Something that has never happened for me in prior real estate transactions. She truly cares about her clients and takes an interest in what is important to you when selling or buying a home. This is just not a transaction for her. And that is why she is the best realtor out there.

I worked with Lauri Schroeder. She was amazing! I wanted to move fast because I was moving back to Texas from out of state and didnt want to deal with renting. She helped me put all the pieces together to close in under 2 weeks! I couldnt have done it without her.Not only did we close fast, but she found an amazing house. Before I made my way to Austin, I looked at a TON of houses on the Realty Austin website (and Zillow) and provided her with feedback on ones I liked. By the time I was in Austin shed found the perfect house for me. Shed taken all my feedback into consideration and found a house that I still cant believe is mine. I couldnt have found a better house for the price I paid in my area (I know because I looked!).Admittedly, I may have gotten a little lucky. The stars really seemed to align for me (this time!), but Lauri was a pleasure to work with and a powerful advocate for my interests. I cant recommend her enough.

My wife and I recently finished building our new home, and had the pleasure of working with Gabi Spreitzhofer. From the day we met her in a coffee shop for a meet and greet, she made us feel very comfortable taking on such a challenging project and we immediately knew she was the agent for us. Gabi went above and beyond our expectations time and time again, and we really cant say enough about how wonderful she was. Her knowledge of the market combined with her positive attitude helped us during the most stressful moments of our home building process.We were first time home buyers and really needed someone like her in our corner to guide us in the right direction and be a source of information when we needed help. Working with builders on a new home can be very challenging and Gabi was always at our side when we needed someone to step up on our behalf. She is extremely organized, keeping track of all of our appointments and deadlines. Gabi went out of her way to send us pictures of our home at various stages of the build as well as contacting the builder regularly for updates.Aside form being a wonderful agent, we feel weve made a genuinely good friend after all is said and done. I had the privilege of working with Melissa Roberts at Realty Austin. Words can not express how AMAZING the buying and selling process was with Melissa by our side. She handled everything, this has been the most surreal buying and selling experience. Not just because it all happened so fast but because it was almost too easy on us!! I am fully aware that this is solely based on the fact that Melissa worked INCREDIBLY hard to make this easy on us. The sale of our home was carefree because Melissa was behind the scenes working tirelessly, early mornings, long days & late nights to ensure the house was list ready and the deal went smooth. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but it doesnt have to be.
