Nick was fantastic to work with! He has expert eyes and can spot weird things quickly when viewing the homes. He was willing to travel from Caddo to Bossier to Webster parish to help us find our perfect home. I loved every aspect of the experience. Nick was super chill and down to earth, never pushy or rude. He was always quick to respond back with answers to my questions and if he didn’t know, he would find out.I highly highly recommend Nick! If you want a quick easy house hunt and closing, he’s your guy. -

I only wish we had hired Nick and his team sooner. Once they came on board they had new photos, a virtual tour, and social media advertising put into place. Soon the showings and positive feedback went way up from before. Once we found our buyer, Nicks team made the transition as stress free as possible. After an unfortunate try at selling our home of 38 years in 2019, we took it off the market in November. Nick called to see if there was anything he could do to help us. We told him to call back after the first of the year and he did. Then the corona virus hit, and we were unable to show the house until summer 2020. We did receive an offer, and Nick negotiated a satisfactory sale. In less than a month, Nick helped us find a new home and negotiate the sale. He and Samantha followed through on repairs, and Nick even sent someone to thoroughly clean our new home and install the TV. I had a first-class experience with my agent, Zackery Grant, and the other members of his team. Since I was moving from overseas to buy a property in the Shreveport area I relied heavily on Zacks expert knowledge and his integrity to deal with me honestly and openly. From our very first discussion I knew that Zack, and Platinum, were the right fit for me. He respected my time constraints and the added difficulty of our communication across a 14-hour time difference.
