I have observed this while working with her on several real estate transactions. I have known Michelle for years and have inspected several new builds and rural properties for her clients. She is an outstanding realtor! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough when working on behalf of her clients. Michelle Barre is an outstanding realtor with an abundance of knowledge on Foreclosures. Michelle excelled her realtor talents on temporarily putting a hold on foreclosure on our home. Michelle took the time to show clients the house and countless hours hours of time. Prior to hiring Michelle I went through various investors and other realtors that did not want to take the chance or even look at our home and help us. Need not say more Michelle will get the job done. Michelle also did her work and sold our home cash!!. Needless to say Michelle did her research and worked hard and sold our house in a timely manner.

Hi would like share my experience with Michelle Barre.I met Michelle while driving through the neighborhood,stop at a house that was for sale ,and I ask about it,I was looking for a rehab for my self ,As it turns out she was the realtor.I was pressed for time, my lease was up and I needed to find a place to live.She offered to help,she showed me some more listing that I might find suitable.She took the time to show me financing options or programs available at the time. After I found what I wanted in a few weeks we closed on a deal. Michelle Barre has infinite knowledge in her field and I highly recommend,Thank you Michelle.

After going through 4 different realtors, Michelle found us. What a blessing she was. She might’ve been a San Antonio city realtor but she knew the country market just as well. We had a wide area to search in and it was all rural/country houses. She made everything look so simple and easy. Our VA loan was not a problem for her. I think the VA part actually made things easier for all of us. I’ve recommended her multiple times with good reason. She’s awesome.

Ms.Barre is an excellent real estate agent due to my circumstances she was able to find a buyer for a short sale on my home although through some errors on my part she really did a fantastic job and completing the sell of my house. I would definitely recommend Ms. Barr for all of your real estate needs, her knowledge of all real estate rules and regulations really was surprising and she was very clear and thorough with me through the whole process.
