We’ve known Dustin a little over 10 years now and its been an honor to have him as our realtor. We were first time home buyers and as we began this process, Dustin was the clear choice because he truly puts the best interests of his clients first. Hes not going to beat around the bush, but rather hell give you a well thought, clear, honest answer on things. In an ever changing market, having someone trustworthy is crucial especially when committing to a large purchase. Dustins knowledge of real estate gave us valuable information to consider when it came down to deciding on our future home. This insight allowed both my wife and I to make the best decision on a home for our family. Dustin viewed our future home as his own. He was there with us each step of the way and even pointed out things during the walk through that we missed and had them replaced prior to us moving in. I wish I could give a higher review! I didnt realize realtors could be this good. Dustin went above and beyond in every sense of the word. He helped us feel comfortable and confident that we would be taken care of, especially as first-time home buyers. We ran into quite a few hiccups in our building process and Dustin was the first one to step in to make sure things got remedied. His extensive experience in this market was beyond helpful. Especially because we were moving from out of state, he was so good about helping us with anything and everything we needed. He would regularly go check on the house, take pictures and measurements for us, and immediately answer any questions we had or connected with whomever we needed to get things taken care of. He really helped us feel like he was just as invested in helping us get our dream home as we were. On top of that, hes just a great person! Hes so kind and detail-oriented. He was the perfect guy to have during all of our walkthroughs too (he even helped us spot a defect in our floors that helped us get entirely new floors!) I could go on and on about how amazing Dustin is. Seriously could not recommend him more! Cant speak highly enough about the positive experience I had working with Dustin. He did absolutely everything he could to help us every step of the way, and found us a house that exceeded what we asked for. We were able to get the house we wanted for a better price than we expected with his expert guidance. Even after closing he is still continuing to check on us to make sure we have what we need. When Winter Storm Uri hit, he was one of the first people to reach out to help me, which meant a lot to us. The timing was not right for us at that moment to buy but fast forward a year later we knew Dustin left such a lasting impression on us we would engage him to represent us in our search. Dustin absolutely crushed it for us. He helped us buy a new home and sell our existing home.When looking for a new home, he was flexible and quick to get us in. He pointed out details we would never have noticed. He provided my wife with design feedback I would not have been able to give. He advised us on the negotiations, and introduced us to a great lender. The process was much easier than I anticipated.On the selling side he was all over everything. We needed to do a lot of work to the house and he was able to bring in his own contractors to get things ready for a great price. He brought in a cleaning crew and also cleaned our house himself! He also staged the house. There were many contractors in and out and he managed every aspect of it. Including finding cheaper ways to get things repaired by ordering them online, etc. We could have been on the other side of the country we were so uninvolved.I definitely recommend Dustin and will no doubt use him again when the time comes.

Doesnt matter how long it takes, he wants what is best for his clients above just getting a paycheck for himself. He crushed it with our negotiations and got us a great deal on our home(well below appraised value) and got us WAY more seller credits than we would have expected. We used Dustin as a buyers agent. And we are very glad that we did. Dustin is a professional-- a trait that is unfortunately rare in Real Estate brokerage. The listing broker was repeatedly absent and indisposed, with slow response times. Dustins persistence made our transaction very easy despite repeated hiccups that plagued the sale. Moreover Dustins rolodex is full of excellent service providers-- we have used many and are very pleased. Looking back we cannot imagine having made our purchase without Dustins representation.If I could offer any advice for buyers-- take Dustins recommendation and have your home inspector use a thermal device to scan the floors and ceilings. Our inspection found an active leak that required a major fix before the close and gave us a baseline for the new attic insulation we will install.

He made comps and really helped me understand the value of the property so that we could make an educated offer. He was present and/or available during the inspection period, so I could discuss all aspects of the results and make a plan for repairs or upgrades. We decided to sell our house in Schreiber Manor in mid 2021 and interviewed a number of good real estate agents to advise it. Dustin stood out because he put thought into valuing our home, he had helped some friends of ours, and he was ready to really help us navigate the process. Once we started working with him, he immediately made us feel as though he was on our team. He gave us good advice on preparing our home, which took us 3 months to de-clutter and prepare for sale. He took us to other homes for sale in the area to compare looks and prices, and he was constantly available to advise us, point us to good contractors, and he really got to know us. His results were outstanding: a quick, painless sale at a price over our asking price. We consider Dustin to be a friend, and are happy to recommend him to advise you.

If you are like me any review longer than a few sentences becomes TL;DR. So here are the fast facts you need: Dustin is honest, driven, determined, and made us feel like we were his only client. As a hardworking individual myself, Dustin puts me to shame. He went above and beyond the call of duty and his services didn’t end once he knew he had his commission on lock. He facilitated the process all the way through and beyond our closing day and has earned my business when I sell, buy, or invest in the future. He has built a strong network of contacts that aids the process. We are still in contact almost 6 months after our business transaction. Bonus: he is a dog person, what else could you want?My wife and I met Dustin in a stroke of good fortune through a lead on one of the major platforms like Zillow or Realtor.com. We were struggling to find an individual we were comfortable with and met with several buyer’s agents prior to connecting with Dustin. As a point of contrast, another agent at one of those massive realtor companies scoffed at us when we were discussing the sweat equity opportunities we saw in one of the homes we were looking at. Once we met Dustin, we eventually took him back and he saw the same opportunities and became as excited as we were, so he passed the litmus test on client service. He also didn’t shy away given we are the toughest clients, Architects, and have several family members/contacts whom are brokers and or realtor agents in other states. He told us he saw it as an opportunity to continue to grow and gain other perspectives. We liked that level of realness…Fast forward, we looked at several homes together, he HUSTLED every step of the way for us, sometimes under unreasonable requests and time frames. He knew we were looking for the house that fit the numbers and were not someone that would get sucked in by the crass flip. When we went under our first contract, he helped us identify the most reliable inspection options, and other trades to help identify any hidden issues. He aided our decision to walk from our first contract during the last day of the option period due to the Seller’s Agent and Owner not being forthcoming during our requests. From a time investment standpoint it isn’t in any agent’s interest to not have a quick turn over on a transaction, but he made it his priority that all things came together. We eventually found a motivated seller and a great home that we felt needed our sweat, and made an offer that we felt was appropriate, you might say a calculated low ball, but we had done our homework. The offer was accepted, our repair concessions requests were accepted as a credit on closing costs, and even the perfect storm of predicted lender issues that came up during stay at home orders of COVID-19 were accepted, performed, and got us into our new place by our original closing date.
