Our entire experience from the initial meeting with Mrs. Alice John to the final closing of the house was a very pleasant experience. Her first and only priority was to ensure we got everything we wanted in the house and at the right price point. Our experience with Alice John from Curve Reality in Austin/Round Rock Texas was amazing! She was very helpful and patient with us and knowledgeable about the area and the market. Amber Rodgers has been extremely helpful to us in finding our first home. Her commitment and dedication towards us has been steady through out the process. As we were first time home buyer, we had limited knowledge about real estate process and the entire process of home buying. Amber has been our hero in getting the new home delivered to us on time. Ours was a new home construction and we notified our apartment lease two months in advance. As with many new home constructions, our home was delayed by almost two months. She made the right contacts at the right time and went above and beyond to deliver the new home construction in time for us. If not for her, we would not have got the home in time. She also helped and answered our questions about various aspects of home buying i.e.., lender, mortgage, insurance, understanding documents, tips for new home, etc. She is very professional, good observer and a great listener. I would HIGHLY recommend Amber when looking for your ideal home.

A seamless and absolute amazing experience we had with Alice John as our realtor in the Cedar Park and Round Rock area. We recently bought our home at cedar park and couldnt have happened without her. She has great negotiation skills and great understanding of market conditions. With her input and market expertise, we are able to have our offer accepted beating 15 other offers and still able reduce house price by 10k with seller before closing. She always made me and my family feel like her #1 priority. Even after purchased, she continued her help to lease our house since we are remote in California. We initially met with Christie in October, 2018 for a market analysis. We were impressed with her extensive knowledge and recommendations for updating the house. She kept in touch with us, but was not pushy. After completion of the work, the house went on the market early March. It sold within 6 hours for cash at the list price with no repairs and closed within 3 weeks. Thank you for making our sale so smooth, always being available and caring about us as individuals. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely recommend you.

Amber is on your side. That is how we felt since the first time we met her. Amber helped us find and secure a rental home, last minute, while we were both out of town. Amber is kind, understanding, patient and flexible. We developed a relationship with her over time which allowed us to naturally turn to her when we wanted our first home. She was knowledgeable of the Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto areas which was a huge help. She helped us navigate the paperwork and process (support which has continued even after the purchase), was flexible about looking at multiple options, and helped us think through the hard decisions.
