We listed our home with Laura and it was truly amazing the time she spent with us, asking questions and answering questions. She went above and beyond helping us find another place to buy. We traveled many a mile and We truly enjoyed her upbeat attitude, even with her foot in a cast, she never wavered or said she couldnt help us.I would recommend TLF Properties to any wanting to buy or sale, cause if she doesnt know the answer, she will find out for you. Laura Filip partnered with my husband and me to find our little cabin on the lake, and we are so happy here!Home-buying can be stressful at times, and throughout, Laura remained centered, patient and steady - even going to the mat for us when needed, at one point.She also is well connected in the industry which is a value-add when it comes to ensuring the various moving parts of the process go as smoothly as possible.I would recommend Laura if you are seeking someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and very hard working - a true partner in the home buying (or selling) process!
