This is an overall great experience that happens monthly, to connect with other investors in the Austin area. I am fortunate to be in such an amazing town like Austin and be surrounded by the good people that attend our club.We welcome all real estate professionals and real estate investor no matter what your experience level is. We welcome anyone invoiced (or wanting to get involved) in real estate in the Austin TX market are encouraged to attend this monthly meeting.We live in a great city and there are a lot of opportunities for everyone, of every skill level right here in the Austin Metro area.If you live in or around Austin and you are in the real estate business or even if you are just getting started, come on out and join us!We look forward to seeing you at the next upcoming RENC meeting!

Without RENC I would have FAILED in real estate investment.I attended my first RENC meeting in March of last year as a newbie. I found the best mentors in the business with Phill and Shenoah Grove and found good friends and advisors in the many experienced investors in the club.Im now investing in my 4th rehab and ramping up, getting project investment returns of 15%+. This is THE place to learn, find deals, get advice, get referrals to contractors you can trust, and learn how to succeed.

Before joining AustinRENC, I thought I was a real estate investor because I was doing buy-and-hold. But I was buying at retail prices through realtors, and some of the realtors who represented me preferred that I acquired properties at higher prices. Im glad I found RENC and met its organizers Shenoah and Phill Grove. RENC provided an educational environment I badly needed. I now know what experienced investors are buying or selling, and what strategies they have in their tool boxes, and what a good deal should look like. Through RENC, I have been involved in some top quality training programs provided by Phill and Shenoah and other top notch investors or business people across the nation. RENC also provided me a fertile networking ground where I can meet other investors and possibly forming partnership to invest together. For these reasons, I try to attend as many RENC monthly meetings as I can because I find them always content rich and rewarding.

Originally, I joined this group to generate more work for my foundation company. Ultimately, I learned so much about real estate investing, I have been doing more business in real estate than repair. In addition to the community of friends I have made here, there is comfort in knowing that I can always ask for help by posting questions online and will get competent solutions from some of the most active, seasoned investors in Central Texas. As a novice investor, I found it very reassuring to discover an established community of experienced real estate professionals that were very willing to chat with me and discuss my goals and ideas about real estate. AustinRENC is a great place to meet seasoned and new investors and get valuable information about the Austin market from knowledgeable and successful people in the business. There are so many strategies investors can use to close deals and make money and you can learn about those at the club.
