    I have been renting with REC for about 4 years and I have enjoyed my experience. The few times I have needed maintenance, the response was quick and the job was complete. The employees have always been respectful and nice. If I could suggest anything, it would be implementing a way to pay rent electronically online.

    The friendly staff at REC is always willing to help with any questions that I have had about their rentals and recently listed homes. I have noticed they update their list of available homes frequently and have super competitive listing prices. I highly recommend REC to anyone new to Ellis County that is actively looking to give them a call.

    I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this office! I have known Mr. Vien for years and he is so helping of others. It’s hard to be such a large owner of single-family homes. Can’t believe the bad reviews, but my experience has been delightful! They have always responded to my emails and calls.

    Lad, Cami and Glynn have been outstanding during our leasing here in Waxahachie, Tx. They have provided outstanding tenant to leasing agent customer service at every need! I cant say enough about how they handle Work Orders and problems should they accure in our residence! They provide the fastest and most reasonable responses in the fastest timely manner!     Been renting for 3 years and recently had 2 maintenance requests needed and Camy is so amazing to get those handled asap , without hassle . She even takes the time to answer during the weekend which you don’t get anywhere else . Always patient and understanding.

    I haven’t had any issues in the 4 years I have been renting with this company. Any repair that I have had is always fixed in a timely manner. The office staff is friendly and quick to respond to questions. I have no plans to move anytime soon.
