Steve is the best realtor I’ve ever come across with. I could not sell my house for whole year with other realtors and I decided to hire him later when I decided to sell again and within couple days buyer agreed to buy my house. Steve was very flexible to work with and he made process smooth and helped me with all my concerns. I’m going to keep him as my agent for future buying and selling, highly recommended.

Full disclosure, we did not intend for things to work out in the manner which they did for us. We started the process by using Steve to sell her home going through an investment company route, but we decided that we would give Steve the opportunity to sell her home in the short amount of time that we had left. To say that Steve stepped in and filled the gap for where we have previously lacked, is to understate it. Steve came in and listened to our concerns, understood our end goal, and was completely accepting of what we needed. The communication was on point, the pictures took of our home were amazing and 1000 times better than anything that we had done previously, and the amount of effort put into our listing was superb. We were fortunate that we sold our house in one day of being listed on the market. I attribute that to the marketing plan with the coming soon listing that he posted. I hate to admit it, but I am a control freak. I warned Steve upfront that I liked updates and he never failed in that area. If you are struggling, unsure, or don’t think it’s even possible just give him a call and he’ll tell you the reality of your situation and what he can do for you. Like I said earlier, we intended to sell our house to an investment company through Steve , but he got us a much better deal in the end. I’m extremely grateful for that because we are now in the home that we plan to live in forever when we almost lost it.

Steve is an outstanding realtor. We used him for the purchase of our property nearly two years ago and then again used him for the sale of the same property. Steve is definitely one of the most responsive realtors I have ever worked with. My husband and I were introduced to Steve when we requested a realtor contact us through Zillow for a property we were interested in purchasing. Quite honestly, our expectations for the level of service we could expect to receive were pretty low, based on a recent experience with another realtor that Zillow had selected for us.From the very beginning, we knew that something was different about Steve. He was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable about the area. After we looked at the property with Steve, he offered to show us a second property that same day for which we had expressed interest. While we waited for our appointment to see the second property, Steve took us to grab a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop. Fast forward to nearly a month and a half later after successfully landing an offer on a beautiful two-acre property in Northlake, we can definitively say that hands down, Steve is the BEST realtor for which we have ever had the pleasure of working.Steve was extremely responsive to our text messages, phone calls and showed great flexibility and patience through the entire process, which has taken almost two months.
