We were recommended RE Solutions by a neighborhood friend after we found out we were PCSing. We were able to talk with Pompi and Pete in person and they answered any questions we had plus more! They seemed very knowledgeable, and were relatable since they have their own rental properties. It helped ease my mind about the process. After we moved out, they were able to take care of getting the place cleaned and on the market very quickly. There was a hiccup with Zillow, so I recommend keeping up with the listings to make sure it looks okay on your end, since thats what customers will see. One other thing I would recommend is to have someone communicate when big steps are made, especially when theres a new client. I think it would have been nice to have confirmation that the listing was posted without having to reach out. Overall, I think it was the best choice for us to choose RE Solutions as our property managers. I feel like our property is in good hands and taken care of like it was their own.

We decided to go with a new build in New Braunfels. She consistently communicated with us and the builders every step of the way. She also visited the house every month for nine months to make sure things were running smoothly. Denise really cares about helping her clients find their home. Long story short, I ended up hiring the team as my new property manager instead. They were so easy to contact; I could call Pete directly, no main office or robot answering machines. And they always kept me up to date on issues and work orders.
