It is nice to feel the compassion and care in her voice and the professionalism in the way she carries herself. I think the best thing about RDE Capital Group is the selection of people and their genuine nature.

Ive had a positive experience with Makena, our property manager, who has been incredibly responsive to my needs as a tenant. She consistently provides qualified contractors who address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. Her dedication and professionalism have made my time here much more enjoyable.While I have concerns about the management company and how the ownership operates, I truly appreciate Makenas efforts to ensure that tenants receive the support they need. If youre looking for a property manager who genuinely cares about her tenants, I highly recommend her!

This will technically be three different reviews in one, considering I can only mark stars once, and this will be a bit long winded. These five stars go ONLY to those who genuinely helped. In this review, I will discuss RDE as a whole, the three RDE team members who ACTUALLY helped, and maintenance crewmen.For reference, my pregnant girlfriend and I moved into Fort West apartments, managed by RDE Capital Group, LLC.To begin, I’ll say that RDE as a whole has been…troubling so far. Alexandra is great at handling move-in procedures, but WILL NOT tell you that she ONLY deals with that portion of your residency, will drop off of the planet after your move-in date, and will not tell you who to go to for further assistance. Add to that how difficult it is to get certain maintenance concerns resolved should you not have contact info for the other individuals I will name in this review and you have a recipe for the headache we have had for the past three weeks.Those concerns and the resulting headache were alleviated by only three people on the entire team, those people being Carolina (pronounced Caro-LEEN-a) with resident management, Edward with maintenance coordination, and Adam, overseeing manager of RDE. Without them, we would likely still be without hot water and our stacked washer/dryer unit. Carolina went to the end of her leash to do what she could for us, and I thank her endlessly for understanding my vocalized frustrations. When I received Adam’s contact information from a neighbor, he and Edward made sure to resolve our water heater issue the day after speaking with them when I had already been struggling for THREE WEEKS to get the rest of RDE to do anything. It took them ONE DAY. Adam, Carolina, and Edward, THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH.For your maintenance concerns, ASK WHO THEY ARE SENDING!!! For electrician concerns, ask that they send out Eduardo. For all other maintenance concerns, request Francisco and Edgar. Those three will do right by you AND by RDE. Those are good men with good hearts. If RDE says they’re sending Hugo, TELL THEM NO and request the aforementioned maintenance men. Hugo WILL cause additional and bigger problems, as he enjoys hustling his clients by claiming incorrect issues and, as I said, causing bigger problems, all so he can be called out again and, as a result, paid more than he would be for coming out only once. You do not want Hugo doing ANY work in your apartment, trust me. Eduardo, Francisco, and Edgar are the guys you want.Thank you again to everybody who solved our issues quicker than anybody else even tried to.

FIRST OFF, let me start off by saying, after I moved in, I became aware of a few maintenance issue that needed to be fixed. I will not lie, I was unable to shower IN my new home for over a month.. I had reached out via RDE portal to request maintenance.. but there had been delay after delay.. ONCE the issue got ESCALATED. FURTHER, I called by ADAM, who is the current MANAGER.. ADAM. apologized for the huge inconvenience and he listened intently to issues and empathized with my frustrations over this and promised to get it fixed ASAP. I am happy to say Adam kept in communication with me via phone, text or email.. he made sure to keep me posted on EVERYTHING! Today, I am so happy to say that Adam came thru!! MY SHOWER IS FINALLY FIXED and the maintenance guys, Edgar and Fransisco were also very professional and quick!

Adam , the maintenance manager came through for me when the office wouldnt, after a month my microwave is finally being replaced. He was very good at communicating with me through the process and had it taken care of. So the 5 stars are for Adam , not for whoever is handling the maintenance request at the office .

We had been searching for a month for a new place to live. Alexandra ended up having two properties we were interested. In. She knew we needed to move before Sept. 1st and she made it happen. We did not get the best service with any of the property management groups we looked at before either. If we didn’t get the first house we were interested in Alexandra then worked hard to make sure we got the second one. We are so thankful to her and her co-worker Lisa. They had us ready for move in about 2-3 days after approval if even that long. RDE is lucky to have both of them. Thank you.

I’m about to move into Ridglea Square and I’ve already had an excellent experience with their staff- most notably a leasing agent-Alexandra. She has been friendly and professional and quick to reply to any text/email I’ve sent her way. I’ve even asked her questions about things outside of her job scope-questions which should have been addressed to maintenance; but instead of telling me “I don’t know” or referring me to someone else; she would find the answer herself and let me know.It’s rare these days to see excellent customer service, of someone going above and beyond their job description.I hope management sees the value they have in her! And I’m hoping my initial experiences with Ridglea Square is a portent of things to come!!

Where do I begin. Enrique and RDE Capital Group has been instrumental in making my small law firm into a million dollar company almost over night. Enrique presented to me various excellent offices in highly sought after locations through out the DFW area. I love the apartments I reside at, The Oaks at Live Oak Apartments. The area is perfect, pet friendly and I feel safe. The property manager, Gloria Martinez, is very wonderful. She’s helpful, attentive, responds right away, very professional, and takes care of the apartments and tenants. I really love how she organized a movie night at the pool. Hope to have more things or events like that for our little community.

I want to give shoutout to Gloria, the on-site property manager at The Oaks apartment complex on Live Oak. I recently applied for a unit on the property, and Gloria made everything so easy its really been an unprecedented experience on my end as far as the hassle usually entailed with doing these types of things. The previous tenant was even delinquent with rent, electric, internet, etc and was evicted, so there was a long and tiresome process involved in getting everything reset and switched into my name with a zero balance. Gloria promptly did everything for me, leaving me to have to do the very minimal on my side. Really impressed with the customer service Ive received from her, & would absolutely recommend this complex based on the ease of the process she provides alone. Apartment is also great, its clean, kitchen is renovated, wood floors, washer/dryer in unit. Im very pleased. Highly recommend this property.

First off, let me start by saying that its very rare that I star or compose a Google review on a property that I have lived at. Ive chosen to write this review, because of the service that Ive received from Marcie. Marcie has been WONDERFUL to work with since day one. Has has been very courteous and considerate during the period of my lease. Ive also had no issues with maintenance or anyone else with the company, although admittedly, I was a little turned off by the two week waiting period to see if I had been approved or not, but the company does a very thorough background check, and applicants are told upfront of what to expect so I was not blindsided ... Im just a little impatient. All and all, I loved working with the company and I would recommend leasing through them in the future :)
