Monique was amazing. I moved from Illinois to Texas and Monique was able to find the exact home I wanted for the price I wanted. I was working with another locator before her and she was unable to find a home within my budget. Rachel Allen has been my go to for all real estate related needs for many years. With my recent home purchase, she and her team made a potentially super stressful experience as seamless as possible. As a buyer in a market where houses go under contract before even being listed, we had to move pretty quickly. Rachel was always on top of things and helped us through negotiations with ease. She connected us with a great lender, inspector, insurance broker and even helped us get someone to come check out the AC on short notice. Special thanks to Alivia as well who was able to meet us for showing/inspection appointments if Rachel had other obligations.
