Our first deal had some unforeseen circumstances and after the way it was handled I knew that we could trust these two forever. Lili and Eddie have got to be two of the hardest working, most knowledgeable realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Hunting for our first home was a totally new experience, and quite daunting at first. However, the McDevitts made the entire process an absolute breeze. We were never left on our own to passively shop properties by ourselves, as this team was extremely proactive in suggesting properties for my family that would work best for us. Never once were we sent or shown a property that was outside of our price range, and the two were extremely attentive to our needs. (Even making valuable suggestions steeped in past experiences of their own to us.) Communication was well above average, as Eddie and I exchanged text messages daily, and Lili’s emails have got to be some of the most detailed and professional reports I have ever been sent. This message is a month overdue. MLK day was our 2-year anniversary in our rural subdivision home in Woodway, Texas moving from Southern California.
