I worked with Dana and Randy as buyers agent. They were attentive and knowledgeable of the area I was interested in. Other real estate agents I had worked with while amiable were no where near as knowledgeable as this pair. In fact I had gone through several before I was introduced to Randy Hutto Realtors.I dont recall, how many homes I had looked at, but once I found a floor plan I liked in Circle C North, they kept an eye out and let me know when another came on the market since the other house had a concrete putting green I didnt want.The closing went smoothly largely due to their attention to detail. I definitely recommend using them.
