Ramón was very attentive, communicative and professional from the beginning. As soon as I told him about the house that me and my husband liked, Ramón immediately made the appointment to go see the house. He managed to get the offer on the house, took care of the entire process and three weeks later we closed without any problems. Thank you Ramón for everything you have done for us and for giving us this great gift of having the home of our dreams.

While work with Ramon we expressed what we were looking for in our dream home. We had a specific area that we wanted to live in and he stated it was no problem. He answered all the questions we had and he asked us questions to ensure he had everything he need to find our dream home.Once he collected the data we gave him and he went to work on finding our dream home. We looked at 5 houses before we put an offer in and was accepted by a seller. The whole process took about 2 weeks since he only showed us houses in our price range and checked all the boxes we had.Once our offer was accepted by the seller Ramon kept us informed on what was going on. Being preapproved by his financial team made it a lot easier when telling sellers we were preapproved by a reputable financial institute versus quicken loans or other companies that dont take their time to run your credit and ask for paycheck stubs and old W-2s. The last thing we wanted was to have our offer accepted by a seller and the deal falls through. Before we started looking his financial team made it clear on what we could afford.I would recommend Ramon and his team. When I mean team he has lenders, inspectors, and other people behind the scenes of the home buying process. Everyone we dealt with through the whole process was very detail oriented and professional. I even have recommend Ramon and his team to family and friends that have used him.
