Thanks to Ram and his team for a smooth transition to our new home in South West Houston. We have been home owners for exactly 1 week!Ram is always on it! He always responds back right away and keeps us inform of his availability. Taking care of people and building relationships is his passion and you can really feel that working with him. He is always so enthusiastic and very knowlegeable about the industry. Transparency is key with him and we really appreciate this quality about him. This allowed us to make informed decisions about moving forward in the process and how to approach the sellers party. The sellers were tough but Ram was crucial in ensuring our offer and counters were strong.I also want to mention that our relationship started years ago when we were going after a home in the middle of the pandemic. He was able to keep us connected with his ear to the ground until we found the perfect home for us. This is definitely the guy you want negotiating on your behalf. He has tons of resouces to help you get into a home and also transition into your home!

My family needed to move from out of state very quickly for a new job. King Realty played a major role in making it possible and a much more pleasant process than it could have been. We had only two weekends (and lots of emails and calls) to find a house. Daniel Rehem did an amazing job showing us houses all over town. I am one of Mr Kings clients for single house acquisition; I have looked a dozen of real estate agents for my house acquisition. I guaranteed that Mr.King and his team provided the best service in the Houston. He would layout all pros and cons for each house we looked up without any bias;he totally respected my decision and worked hard to get the best deal for me.More importantly, their service is long-time commitment even after the deal. I clearly remembered one night I returned to my new house after work around 10pm; I realized that I lost my key during work. I felt really frustrated especially after long-day work. I dont have many friends in the region because I moved here in Houston only about couple months. So on my way to hotel, I called Mr.King to check if he knew any key service providers who can help me the next day. In fact, Mr. King did not even wait till the next day, he showed up in 20 mins after the called and help me to get problem solved. We had to sell our house in Houston, from long distance. Mr. King handled everything for us and contacted us very promptly anytime he needed something from us. He got the house listed quickly, and helped keep on the lender and buyers to ensure closing as quick as possible. Also we were only selling a $100k house, which I know isnt much to a lot of realtors, but he never made us feel unimportant in any way. We were very happy!

Funny how the world works. Rami aka Mr. King was originally a customer of my dog training business. Rami seeing our business & our family out grow our current residence he offered to help.Buying a house is like being a kid at a toy store & being told you can only have one thing. Oh & did I mention that your wife has to help you out with your favorite toy aka a house? Her & I could not agree on the color of the sky. This is where Rami magical power of patience, understanding & knowledge of the housing market.If I had to guess the misses and I have been searching for our dream home for almost a year now. I know it’s crazy. But when you’re trying to find your dream home, if you get it wrong you can’t just return it and get another one. Well at least not on a dog trainers salary.You have to think of the whole family, the neighborhood, crime rate, surrounding home values, the future of what your home may be worth, the list is endless. Then add in Hurricane Harvey into the mix it all becomes such a daunting task. Then Rami King steps in and calms you down and walks you through step by step.
