Rachelle has been my realtor for three real estate transactions and I would not hesitate to use her again. The first two were buying some property and then a house in North Texas while I was still a resident of Virginia. She made several trips far outside her normal territory to view properties, handle inspections, and make sure everything was ready to go when I finally set foot in Texas. She made herself available after hours and on weekends and once even when she was on vacation. The third was when I ended up selling the property.When I sold my condo in Virginia prior to moving to Texas, Rachelle offered advice and guidance on multiple occasions even though she had nothing to gain. The first time we worked together I was buying a house for the first time and she was able to answer every question quickly and honestly.
