She was very attentive to our needs, never pushed us to like something just so she can move on to other clients, shell make u feel like you are her only client!) and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and more. I appreciate how she checked in every step of the way till we closed and beyond, she still texts/calls to check in and ask how were loving our new home!! Rachel represented the seller of the home I helped my buyer purchase. In a multiple offer situation, my buyer had to go thru a phone interview to ensure she was serious about buying the house. The listing was presented well. We were able to work through the inspection as well as the appraisal issue. She communicated well throughout the transaction and we were able to get the possession transferred over to my buyer in a timely manner. I look forward to working with her again!
