When we were looking up YouTube videos of New Braunfels videos, and we came across Raads videos. We reached out to him because he was so genuine and authentic when he spoke about the area. We got so lucky to have found such an amazing person to help us purchase our 1st home. He always stayed in contact with texts, calls and videos in updating us while our home was being built. Raad went above and beyond, and we cant express the gratitude we have for him. Thank you, Raad, for everything youve done for us.

I cant imagine building our home without Raads help!He was honest and genuine throughout the entire process. From the beginning he clarified what we should expect from him as well as the builder. He kept us updated with videos, emails and texts. He even filmed the foundation pour of our new home at 5:30 AM!!! We were 1200 miles away and always knew exactly what was going on. This really put us at ease.You might think a Realtor isnt necessary (I did) with a new home build, think again. Even if its a well known, established builder you need someone like Raad to provide advice and advocate for you. Building a house is a big deal, stuff will come up no matter how good or well-known the builder is.He exceeded our expectations. I dont want to think about the headaches we would have had without him on our side!

He will listen to you to help find the perfect home for you.He has a no pressure approach, he is very easy to work with. He has exceptional knowledge of the communities and the area in general. He really cares about this city and his clients, you will see it when you work with him.

We met Raad after seeing his YouTube videos on New Braunfels area and after meeting him decided he was the best choice for our realty needs in this area, especially for us moving from Florida and wanting to get into the right area of New Braunfels. Raad is the type of realtor that goes above and beyond for his clients, making sure you have all the information you need to make a timely decision on your home purchase. He was instrumental in showing us the entire area from North to South to West and East making sure we had a good lay of the land since New Braunfels was an area we were not very familiar with, but heard so much about. We built a home with Perry and with Raad at the helm as we were still in FL he was able to share with us the entire build process through constant communication in videos and photos, rain/shine he was on-site providing us with weekly updates on the build and working with us and the builder as we managed our different milestones to move to the New Braunfels area. He most importantly welcomed us into the community and ensured we had the information we needed to hit the ground running once we finally moved in. Raad has definitely been one of the most important persons we involved in our move to New Braunfels.

We called Raad for help with our move to Texas. He patiently helped us with our home search and visited homes so we could video tour. He helped us navigate Texas real estate laws and regulations and welcomed us warmly when we finally were able to visit our new home. Raad is still helping us through our move and we highly recommend him and his real estate expertise. We also look forward to watching his weekly YouTube videos. Raad is AWESOME!!

My son and his family were moving to New Braunfels and I want to be close by them. My son contacted Raad to find a house in a good location. Raad found the lot and Builders. I bought my house virtually. At that time I was in other state. Raad communicated with me any steps of the development. He sent me some video, pictures and updated the progress. I’m happy with my home.I’m so please and thankful that I have Raad as my assistance.Raad is not just my agent. He’s one of the member of my family.

Raad provided us outstanding service when we purchased our new construction home. He assisted us every step of the way, tirelessly staying on top of ever-shifting details that we would have had difficulty managing on our own. He always had our backs as our representative in the purchase. His expertise gave us tremendous confidence that he would see that we were well taken care of in the transaction. He’s not only an outstanding realtor, but in the process, he’s become a good friend. Raad genuinely cares about his clients and always goes the extra mile with integrity and professionalism. Disclaimer: I have no shortness of great things to say about Raad. Our family of 4 moved to TX from NJ leaving everything behind. The first person we knew here was our realtor - and boy did we pick the right one. Raad is kind, patient (but will be a shark for you when needed), honest, understanding, super responsive to every call/text, I can go on and on... Something that kind of sums Raad up is that our home closed a year ago and 2 weeks ago he dropped off a gift for my wifes birthday. Raad is so busy, just checkout his AWESOME YouTube channel - why is her birthday even on his radar?! Raads kind gestures and thoughtfulness for our family continue to this day, over 2 years since we started working with him. I can tell Raad would genuinely still do anything he could for us, home-related or not. He called me a few weeks ago with a reminder to schedule a home inspection before our builders warranty expired; then says hes at the grocery store, what do we need at the house because hell pick it up for us. Is this guy real lol?! He did not have to do either of those things. Last story... this morning my kids were fighting over the remote - son (3) wanted to watch trucks and daughter (5) wanted to watch Uncle Raads new YouTube video. We have never referred to Raad as an uncle - that was all her, just from knowing him. Raad is a great PERSON, not just a great realtor. He is now our friend. Love ya bud.
