I was tenant of this company over one and half years. Whenever anything broke down in the house, it was immediately taken care of and repaired. They were always smiling, caring and helpful. I left here happy, thats why I gave it 5 stars.

We rented from this company for 2 years. They were always quick to reply when we called with questions or reported something that needed to be repaired. Repairs needed were minimal however because the property was in great condition. For example, during a high wind storm a shared section of fence blew over and they fixed it within a few days. Our a/c went out one afternoon, someone was there to fix it within an hour and we had cool air again that evening.Weve been renters for the past 11 years and Prolead was by far one of the best companies weve rented from. Cindy was always quick to text or email us back when contacted and I talked to her several times over the phone and she is always friendly and helpful.We only moved because we bought a home. We needed to terminate our lease early and Prolead was very accommodating, working hard to find the someone to take over a new lease and save us as much money as possible.I highly recommend renting from them!

Update: Pet deposit and prorated rent for early moveout were sent to my new address quickly. As usual, Cindy has been great to communicate when I could expect it.Cindy has been my main point of contact through the leasing process and has been amazing! All my work orders have been addressed and completed within 24 hours. They have been professional and prompt. Cindy is easy to get ahold of via text. This was a huge improvement from the last place I leased in Dallas. If we hadnt purchased a house, would definitely continue to rent with them. When I needed to break my lease due to the home purchase, they helped find someone to fill the vacancy quickly which was a relief. Thanks Cindy!

We rented from Prolead Realty Group for a year. It was a good experience for us. Cindy always answered our calls and any maintenance issues were taken care of promptly. Moving out was as easy as moving in, and we got our deposit back quickly. Over all we enjoyed working with this company

As with all rentals, nothing is perfect......thats the incentive to buy......but I thought the reviews posted for Cindy and Stanely were pretty harsh.When applying for our current rental with them, they were very open about telling us others also applied for the place and they retrospectively kept the playing fields fair. Cindy always answers her phone.After moving in, we noticed there were quite a few repairs that needed to be made, or things that needed to be replaced due to wear and tear. So far, every single thing that I have asked for has been done, big or small, nit-picky or not. We had to wait a few weeks for non-emergency things, but that is to be expected with a rental property.There is a ever so slight language barrier with their repair man, but he is the nicest guy ever, works super hard, and does a thorough job.....always with a smile on his face.And as for their accents?? Give me a break. We are a melting pot community, people. Listen with your ears, not with your eyes.

Very quick responses. Cindy processed my lease application very quickly. Realtor responds by text -almost immediately. My family is moving from out of town and Prolead Realty made the process of getting a home quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.
