We just finished buying a house with the help of Michele Eilers. This is the second time we have used Michele as a realtor and we could not be happier with her service. She is an expert on the Austin housing market, is a fantastic communicator, and is very effective at pricing strategy and negotiation. She knows how to move your house fast and secure the home you want. What really makes Michele special is shes not just there for the transaction; she is truly a trusted advisor for you though every step of the buying/selling process. We would highly recommend her without hesitation to any one purchasing or selling a home.

I have limited experience with HOA management companies, but I can tell quality customer service when I encounter it. Prism and our Account Manager Kelsey have been amazing at helping us get our Home Owner Association organized and well documented. They have successful gotten nearly all our homeowner up to date on assessments and fees in less than 6 months which is a great help as we tackle our Associations needs. They have exceeded all my expectations. Thanks goes out to the entire team.

She helped us to figure out the correct price point so our home would move quickly, which is difficult to do in this market. She added substantial value in consulting with us on a number of issues. Michele is a true expert in her field! Throughout the process of buying our new home and selling our old one, she helped us in ways I cant imagine the standard agent being able to. She managed to sell our existing home for the price we wanted before it even hit the market. Her entire team at Prism Realty was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. Lisa Love Berry with Angel Oak Home Loans was wonderful as well. I strongly recommend these folks if a new home is in your future.
