My husband and I went through a challenging period in our life of deployment, separating from the military and doing a DITY move from CA to TX all within 10 months. If you know, you know. We knew we needed to find a home for our family. We wanted to have a lot of space for our daughter to grow and it needed to be outside the city limits for some peace and quiet. I reached out to my childhood friend, Priscilla, because after seeing her success with other clients, I knew I could trust her. Priscilla listened to our wants and needs. She was upfront, honest and most of all patient. Since we were still living out of the state at the time we had lots of phone calls and FaceTime meetings which was very comforting to know she was there even though we were miles apart. We looked high and low to find our perfect fit and thankfully we closed on our new home right on time for Christmas. What a gift! Priscilla is hands down one of the best. Shes always willing to answer any questions and will be there for you every step of the way!

We are a military family who is moving from North Dakota to Texas and we definitely wanted to buy a home before arriving there. The process to purchasing a home 1600 miles away was an added factor to our stress levels and we knew was going to be a challenge. We moved our initial meet three times and her patience with us was great. I wish I could select more than 5-stars for my experience with Priscilla Pena when assisting us finding a home. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and we both were very nervous choosing a home. Priscilla first took the time to learn our tastes and what we were looking for in a home. She learned really fast and sent us plenty of homes to comb through that were spot on. We found a home that we wanted to make an offer on which already had two other offers on. She talked to the seller and the seller chose our offer! We were so excited and nervous. Priscilla used all of her contacts to make sure the house was in tip-top shape for us and every contact of hers were very professional and knowledgeable in their trait. This made us feel at ease. HUGE mistake in my opinion. I would never buy or sell a home without a realtor, and with Priscilla I know she is going to take care of me as her client. We struggled for two years to build our home. Priscilla was there with us every step of the way. She ensured the builder didn’t bully us like other builders were doing to our friends. Every excuse they tried to make, Priscilla made sure they had none.
