Ruth Ann was amazing to work with! We already moved out of state when Ruth Ann listed our home and she went out of her way to help get the home ready. I really appreciated the consistent communication and regular updates she provided throughout the entire process. I can not thank her enough for the effort she put into listing and selling our home. We just bought our 1st house and it was an amazing experience.A lot of emotional ups and down but Ruth Ann was there every step of the way. She even sat down with me a couple of hours to go over all the complicated terms and details of the contract.We saw a couple of houses and she was completely honest with us, telling if it was a good deal or not. At the end of the day she wants us to be happy and satisfied. She has been in the business for years and you can tell.I recommend Ruth Ann and her whole team without hesitation.
