    Josiah is compassionate about his work and helping out where he can. We had a great experience with him selling our home and when he says he can sell it within a certain timeframe he sure can! He worked hard and held open houses every weekend till we got a contract on it. He is available whenever you have a question. Will definitely use him again.

    Concerning Agent Edward Rios, Jr…I had been trying to sell a property for over two years. I contacted Eddie, signed a 3 months contract and he sold the place in less time. This man worked on all aspects of the sale, finding contractors as needed, always available for questions and most important, securing the most money for the property. This guy is a non stop hustler for his clients! Ask for him, you won’t regret it.

    Prime real estate has been our property manager for the last 6 months. They took over the property from another company who didnt take care of the property at all. As soon as they took over, they made a great effort to rectify all of the issues that the previous management company had neglected. They have always kept us informed as tenants, they are always available if any issues arise and are quick to fix any problems that come up. We will be moving out of state next week and they have been very flexible and willing to work with us during the whole move out process. We have been renters for the past 10 years and they are easily the best property management company weve ever had! Im only sad we didnt have them sooner!
