Kelsey Bates is amazing! She helped my in locating my new rental house. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and sent me options everyday until we found the perfect house. Once we found it she was very helpful and responsive in the application and finalization of the lease. I don’t usually leave reviews but her customer service was truly exemplary! I would definitely recommend her to anyone with real estate needs. You can tell that she really cares and that is what separates good from great!

Kelsey was so helpful in my search for an apartment! She responded quickly and was always available to answer my questions. Shopping around for a new place to live can be an incredibly stressful thing, but luckily Kelsey made it so seamless and quick for me. She was able to really nail down the area I wanted to be in and send me plenty of options to look through. She worked around my hectic schedule to find times for me to view listings. I appreciate all of the work she did for me - it made finding a new place to live way easier on me! Im still new to Austin, so having someone to support you in making these decisions was imperative. I have told all of my friends about her and I will continue to use her for all of my rental needs in the future - shes amazing! 10/10

Kelsey Bates is an amazing realtor! She helped me move in a bind. I looked at several places and she was very knowledgeable about every place and where the good finds were. She ended up finding me a fantastic spot in a slightly older apartment in a fantastic location I love! Before I moved in she had the property managers fix anything that was broken, make sure it was extra clean, and even had them add extra shelving in my closet. I will always use her as she knows her stuff, and goes out of her way to make sure you are getting exactly what you need.

After searching for rental properties like crazy I happen to find Pride of Texas put in my information and Enrique reach out to me the next day asked me what I was looking for and made a portal with what I wanted within a few hours. I emailed him like crazy and he always responded so fast and was so patient he always answered all my questions. He even let me know he would be out for the holidays but I could still reach him if I needed him. We finally we’re approved for the rental house we loved and I owe it all to him. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that needs help finding a rental home.

Kelsey helped me with finding an apartment that fit my needs. She was amazing! So eager to help, communicative and responsive. I was in a bit of a time crunch because the owner of the duplex I lived in was remodeling and selling and I had to be out fairly quickly. He gave me such short notice. So I was scrambling to find a new place within a reasonable distance from work and also within my budget. I had talked to a few other realtors previously, but they were rather dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping. I found Kelsey and she really stepped up to the plate. She got the ball rolling for me and ultimately helped me find my new apartment, which I recently moved into and am enjoying. Kelsey doesn’t just assume she knows what you want or need. She really listens to you and pays attention to details, which gives her an understanding of the home you’re looking for. She’s warm, friendly, and I love that she has a passion for her job and helping people. Her people skills are wonderful. I am so appreciative of her and grateful. She made a stressful, worrisome situation less stressful and worrisome with her willingness to help and her positive attitude and energy, knowledge, and being on top of her game. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a new place to live. You will not be disappointed. She rocks! I hope her employer knows what a gem Kelsey is for their company.

I needed to move from Seattle to Austin in about a months time. After online searches were not yielding anything, I tried some other locators who fizzled out. Then I got Enrique who did not flake out and follows up promptly. I’m the end we found a place and this is while he is on vacation. He was able to ask questions from the property and relay them back super fast. Definitely will recommend.
