    If you read any of these reviews, you already know this.... but Kelsey is absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, kind, prompt and did absolutely everything in her power to help us find the best home possible. After touring a couple of properties and getting to know us, she actually took us to a new spot that wasnt on our radar yet — weve been there for almost six months now, and couldnt be happier!     Kelsey Bates was the sweetest and most helpful realtor!! We were moving to Texas from out of town and she made the process easy and stress free.     Kelsey is amazing! Best realtor I have ever used. I found an ad for an apartment that my boyfriend and I liked. I emailed her about the apartment and she responded almost immediately. We jumped on a phone call and she gave me some other properties in our price range and in the area we were looking for! And the added bonus: Kelsey and I are neighbors.     If youre a renter like me and absolutely dread hunting for a new place, you need to contact Kelsey Bates *immediately*.You might be asking: why do I need a realtor if Im renting? To which I respond: it costs you nothing and you get an incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable partner with very deep local knowledge. Its kind of a big deal, especially if youre coming in from out of town. And Im not sure how she does it but shell give your unique situation the full undivided attention it deserves.All in all, Kelsey has made the process painless and dare I say fun.     Wow, Kelsey setup up a search with everything I was looking for and she did it 3 months ahead of my move out date. I was notified with any and everything that fit my criteria, making my search quick and painless . When I found the perfect spot, Kelsey met me at the property that day to show it. That afternoon she took the time to help me lock in the lease and even convinced the current tenant to sell me their $1200 new washer/dryer for $200- showing her negotiating skills.     Kelsey bates how do I start! She was truly interested in my needs and location. She is truly the gem in the ocean that I needed to help me find a place for me and my son. I was not the easiest person to please and work with I was very wishy washy and not certain about a couple places but Kelsey learned quick what me and my son needed. We needed a place close to his school and In a area we desired. She fought hard to make this happen for us. I can not think her enough because I knew it was almost impossible for someone like me with no rental history, bad credit, criminal history, and just bad luck! She made this home possible for us and I feel I owe her my life. No matter what day it was either Wednesday Friday Saturday or Sunday she was there to answer my questions even on a holiday or on a trip to surprise her mom she was always a text away to answer any questions. Not to mention she had a bunch of other people she was helping to find a place I mean her car got wrecked and she still met up with me to look at places. Who does that!?. Shes truly a gem and idk how I can ever thank her enough for helping me and my son she really goes hard for her clients and if you dont choose Kelsey Ill just say good luck because Kelsey really is the one who will do what it takes for your need!     I worked with Kelsey and couldn’t have had a better experience. I needed to relocate To Austin suddenly which put me in a situation where I was forced to lease ‘sight unseen’ .     Kelsey is the best realtor that I have ever worked with. We are a military family that has had to move every 2-3 years. I have never had someone work so hard to help us find a home. My husband is deployed and I am having to do this move on my own. I needed to find a home without being in the area. If I had any questions she answered them immediately and even did a virtual walk through with me. She saved me a trip to Texas and set my mind at ease about our move. She showed me she really cares about us like we are her family. We have already signed the lease, received the keys and she still checks in on us to see how we are doing. You do not find that very often in her profession. When we decide to buy a house in the next few years she will definitely be the first one we call.

    Jase saved me and i mean that with all honesty. I, like most, was juggling a million different things and my situation required me to move out quickly.
