Finding a home is a very daunting task but luckily we had an amazing realtor to help us throughout our search. Lidia was great at communicating not only with us but anyone required during our home search from our lender to the inspector to the sellers and more. She was always able to work with our schedule and encouraged us to not loose faith during this stressful process. She always respected our price range and tailored the homes we viewed to our specific wants and needs. Once we found our perfect match, Lidia coordinated everything and was always in communication with us throughout every step. She was able to handle issues that arose during our fifteen day closing and helped us keep our sanity until the very end when she handed us our keys. The home search would have been much more difficult if we hadn’t had Lidia as our realtor, she advocated for us every step of the way and made us feel like we were in good hands. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

We owe so much to Presidential Realty and to our broker Ashley. Our journey to our forever home was marred with challenges, in part because of the difficulty of being competitive in the Covid and post-Covid housing market and in part because of a series of substantial problems the builder that we initially chose. Ashley skillfully navigated each challenge and her reputation and knowledge of the job market and of luxury homes was both evident and reassuring. She was in constant communication with us and our builder (both our initial builder and the builder that we selected after too many issues with our initial builder). We trusted her to sell our home, find us a new home, and, in the meantime, find a rental property where we could live with little disruption to our routine. Presidential Realty personalizes all of their customers’ experience and provides superior customer service across every capability that it offers. We are thankful for all that they do, and highly recommend them!
