Tricia Claiborne is an AMAZING realtor, and I could not recommend her highly enough. It took us three days, start to finish, to find & sign on our new rental -- amazingly quick, even for the fast-paced housing market in DFW! All of the stress and pressure I felt while trying to look for a new apartment -- located in a city that I wasnt even in yet -- was COMPLETELY alleviated when I put our property search in her hands. We came in under budget, with all the amenities we were looking for, in a great location, with a few extra perks to spare! She was so attentive to our needs, and communications between her, my fiancΓ© and myself, and the property manager were executed flawlessly, and with great punctuality. She took us on virtual tours of properties, made sure to ask all of the tough or often forgotten questions, and made sure to fit us with the perfect property, without submitting dozens of applications for different properties. One and done! And it was so easy to reach her during the day -- every step of the way, she was just a text or phone call away. It was a bullseye of a project, and I will always recommend Tricia for anyone looking to find a home.
