    Words cannot describe how much Precious Realty helped my wife and I search for our very first home. After 6 months, we finally were able to call a place our own. Tai Dinh is VERY insightful, patient, and understanding. His knowledge on properties as well as the real estate contracts really made everything easy for us. In addition, he was always readily available and flexible with us. He had shown us over 50 homes in person! Tai did everything in his power to negotiate what was best for us throughout the pending period. Mrs. Thoa was also super helpful during our closing process. She made my wife and I so comfortable, and went over the closing documents with expertise and passion.Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Precious Realty for anyone looking for a home. My wife and I are grateful to have worked with such a wonderful team.

    Best mortage lender in town!! Kim is one of the most experienced and helpful mortgage manager I’ve ever dealed with. We shopped around to find the best possible deal for my mother-in-law and PRM was not only able to offer us the lowest rate and closing cost, but also educated us on how to handle our credit/mortgage effectively. My mother-in-law is an old Vietnamese lady so sometimes it’s hard to deal with her. But PRM handled the work extremely well. The whole process took 3 weeks for the refinance of her house. Calm, Patient, Smart people! Super profesional, highly recomended!!!
