Weve never seen or heard of a realtor going as above and beyond as Jordan Burks did for us. On our initial contact, she asked lots of questions and listened carefully about our goals and preferences, and set up custom reports to help us find a good match. After finding something we liked, Jordan helped us strategize an offer that was accepted. Since we didnt know anyone in the area, she orchestrated every step of the process, coordinating everything on our behalf. Often before we even had to ask how to handle something, Jordan had already taken care of it. She was highly responsive and an attentive listener, and it was reassuring to have her guide us through complex processes. She was by far the best real estate agent weve met.

We were first-time home buyers and after consulting with two other real-estate agents we were basically ready to give up on our dream of owning a home with how tough the market is for buyers in the area at this time, especially first-time buyers. We were recommended Shaya Shivers with Post oak Realty by our banker. We were actually calling our banker to let him know that we were basically giving up. Shaya turned all of that around. I highly recommend working with her, she is professional, smart, tough, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and her company!

As a buyer in this housing market, one really needs to have expertise that you can trust. Post Oak was very helpful with every phase of the buying process. In particular, Kuuipookalani, (or KP if thats easier), was our absolute rock. If youre a buyer in this ridiculous sellers market, you need someone like her to help navigate and negotiate. She is responsive, dedicated, trustworthy and reliable. We cant thank her and Post Oak Reality enough. Thank you Kuuipo!
