Working with Mark Watson on getting 7909 southlake finished and keeping homeowner happy was really great! He is very good at what he does and making the build process on my end go smoothly with his knowledge on the process and his staying in constant contact with me and the homeowner. I really look forward to building more houses in this neighborhood and hope to have him bring more potential happy homeowners here, keep up the good work Mark your awesome brother and hope you get the opportunity to make other home buyers very happy in there home buying experience. We went in knowing nothing about the home buying process, as this was our first. Mark Watson was very helpful from the very beginning up to now even after the purchase, and you could tell he is very knowledgeable. He has experienced many aspects of realty so he has many contacts and references, which came in handy when we needed to get a contractor to help with our minor fixes. Speaking of fixes, of course the house we wanted ended up having foundation and plumbing issues and Mark made sure we got the best deal and didn’t get played by the seller. He fought for us and got us in UNDER asking and got Open Door to even cover foundation AND plumbing entirely AND we got a brand new water heater thrown in, which we thought we would have to replace ourselves. He is super dedicated to his clients and made his availability reflect our difficult schedules. He was very honest and transparent and he would not tell you to buy something if he doesn’t think it is what he honestly believes is a good, safe fit for you! We have had a few viewings that he flat out told us we could find something better and he didn’t let us waste our time. I highly recommend him and won’t use anyone else in the future!

I wanted to come on here and express my most appreciation and gratitude towards Mark Watson and his team who got me into my families home. We were not an easy process through any of it. From a difficult parent (former owner of the home) to my work schedule (10pm-6am), they still managed to work around that. Very professional and welcoming, patient, and supportive. Hes always on top of things, updates frequently, basically you wont feel left in the dark wondering whats going on. I had tons of questions, and he would have all the answers. if he wasnt sure, he would go get an answer within the day if not by the hour. Truly super pleased and satisfied with them. Definitely recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you Mark and your team! What a pleasure it has been to work with John Barrera to successfully complete the purchase of my new house. John was recommended by a mutual friend and at no time did he disappoint.
