I had an awesome experience with Piper Creek Realty. My initial meeting with the agent Corey was that she was scouting properties for her clients. She didnt try to list me like most of the agents that approached me. I was trying to sell the place FSBO. After I gave her a tour, She told me my price was too low, which surprised me as I thought I was too high. She then proceeded to suggest how i should target or who I should target for a unique place like mine. She was very helpful with her suggestions, but I found I was way too busy and didnt have the expertise to find these these type of prospective buyers. Thats when we decided to List with Piper creek and specifically with Corey. After a couple of months and less than a handful of shows we got 2 offers the same day. We got very close to our asking price, and made more money on our place than if we had sold it ourselves. Hiring Corey and her team to represent us was the best financial decision we could have made. My wife and I cannot say enough about our expierence with Corey.Our realtor in Kentucky connected us because we were moving to the area for both of us to teach in school districts in the area. We were apprehensive because due to work, finances, and having a newer baby, we wouldnt be able to make the 750 mile on way trip everything a new house came up, and didnt want to risk having a careless realtor. Buying a house via the web was a real fear. With Corey the process was not like any fear we had, and we felt like we were right there.Corey met with me over the phone to discuss our situation, what we were looking for, and begin hunting down leads. When I mentioned we would be coming through the area on the way to Lubbock for my graduation from TTU, but it was a short window, she booked the morning to meet with us and understand what we were looking for.After that meeting, Corey went to countless houses to do virtual visits with us, holding the camera up to every issue, really addressing it with a fine tooth comb. We had talks about our budget with interest rates going up,even though we had to go up a few thousand over what we wanted to be competitive, there never was pressure. She never made us feel the need to do anything we were not comfortable with.Once we had an accepted offer Corey checked on issues that came up, and helped guide us through the differences in buying a Texas vs Ky home (that was a real thing). Any deal breakers or must haves were respected and the first items she looked for in any house we were interested in.Corey even helped with things outside the housing search. Corey helped us reach out to childcare options and checked in with us to make sure the options we found worked out.My family has a home we love and couldnt be more happy with. Corey was a phenomenal realtor and we will recommend to anyone and everyone without hesitation.

When my wife and I made the decision to follow God’s lead and move from California to Texas, we knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Since this is the first home we purchased, my wife and I weren’t that familiar with the process. Thankfully, we were blessed to have Corey as our realtor. Having to do virtual walkthroughs wasn’t ideal, but what we really enjoyed about the process is the honest critique that Corey would give us for each home she showed us. When we finally made the move to Texas, Corey was right there helping us along the way. This was all happening at the beginning of Covid lockdown. Corey had a real good idea of what we were looking for and when we were touring the first house. She said hey this house just came in market, it’s around the corner. That house, the second house she showed us was the house we bought. Even though we made her jump through hoops and show us 5 more. Corey is the sweetest person she is very considerate about what her customers want. When we got the keys to our new home on Easter Day! Corey came over and even took pictures and a video of my husband carrying me across the threshold. Buying a house is stressful ! Buying a house during Covid lockdown is beyond stressful.
