I have been a real estate agent in DFW for 26 years and was looking for a new brokerage that did not take a huge cut from my commissions, because I felt I did not need much assistance from them due to my years of experience. First of all, I was shocked that they truly did have a monthly flat fee that was better than I expected. Fast forward, who knew the changes that have taken place in reference to commissions were going to create mass confusion, well, there goes my years of experience and not needing advise from a broker. I have to say, this brokerage has gone above and beyond to support me with any questions or needs I have had. The staff is awesome and responds very quickly to any questions and the technology is fantastic. This is truly a 5 Star Brokerage!
