Our agent Megan OBrien was very patient with us as we searched for our retirement home. She was always available for our calls and emails. She made sure our best interest was taken care of. We have purchased many properties over the years and this was the most pleasant experience we have had. We found our dream home and cant wait to retire and enjoy it!

We worked with Brittney Hilburn as our Realtor on a complex cross-country move. We originally wanted to build, but with Brittneys help as well as a great builder that she connected us with, we determined that it was a better investment to buy an existing home. With the crazy market that demanded we look at and offer on any home with immediacy, and the fact that we werent in town, we depended heavily on Brittney to be quickly look at homes, give us her honest thoughts, and do a FaceTime tour with us. After multiple virtual tours and a few offers, we finally found an amazing home that is a great investment. With more complexities in the offer and closing process, Brittney provided experience and guidance, quick responsiveness even at times that werent convenient for her. We closed on the house, and since then Brittney has continued to help with identifying contractors and service people to help us with making the new home fully ours and ready to be loved. We would absolutely recommend working with Brittney to anyone!

Mary was fantastic! She sold our house in a couple of days. She really helped us understand the value we had in our house and how to show it to potential customers. She handled all of the details from photographer to sign to a 15 minute closing! I would highly recommend Mary and Phyllis Browning.

Just completed my 6th real estate transaction with Diana Colbath. There simply is no one else I will ever request for this action. Diana is responsive, quick thinking and understands the art of negotiation as well as the importance of home selection beyond monetary measures. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and the entire process. With the difficulty’s this market presents local buyers, and all that had to be negotiated in this particular buy, I just don’t know that it could have possibly happened without her.
