In June 2020, Phillip assisted me in purchasing a house at a price that matched its actual evaluation. He went beyond just selling the house by offering valuable advice and helping with cost negotiations during renovations. When I moved out of Austin, he also found a reliable tenant who stayed for four years without any issues. Phillip is now managing the property and takes care of it as if it were his own. He even visited all the house that I was interested in, and gave me answers very quickly every time I needed. When I first moved to Austin from Korea, the biggest problem was finding a home. While I was looking for a Korean realtor to help me with my first move, I contacted Mr. Philip Cha and he gave me a lot of help even though I had no information, so I was able to successfully settle down in the United States for the first time. He compiled information on properties for sale in the area I was interested in and sent them to me by email. He answered kindly every time I asked about details and helped me a lot during the house contract process, so I was able to sign a house contract before I even arrived in the United States. I was able to. Usually, when you first settle in the United States, you choose to find a sublet or stay in a hotel for a few days after arrival and look for a house, but thanks to Mr. Philipcha, I was able to live in a very satisfactory apartment on the first day of my arrival in the United States without going through trial and error.
