Phil, by far has been the best realtor that my wife and I have worked with. He started off with updating us on a regular basis for possible buys and locations which was huge. As soon as we chose a desired location, he started off the process with KB Homes. From there, he updated us on the different stages of our home being built and all the administrative meetings with both KB Homes and the lending company. Phil gave us his full attention, professionalism, and patience throughout the whole experience from beginning to end. We will definitely use Phil in the future and also refer to friends.

Phil is awesome! He helped me look through countless houses for months! Never giving up until we were able to find my home. Which is GREAT!I’m a first time home buyer so I had a lot of questions and he walked me through every process, provided expert ideas regarding homes I was considering. He is very knowledgeable of the market place and Austin area.During closing I was truly sad to stop working with him but really grateful for his help all through!

I just closed on my second home and once again the process was so so easy with Nic! He makes finding a home extremely stress free and knows what he is doing. He is super quick to respond if you have questions (I usually have a ton & I am super indecisive) & takes time to help you through the process. Highly recommend him if you want a realtor who genuinely loves what he does & is really good at it! Will be using him again in the future for investment properties! From finding the perfect home to the negotiations & closing process you won’t regret using him!!

Nic was extremely helpful at walking us through the house buying process. We initially used another real estate company, but were referred to Nic by a friend after some frustration with the first company. The difference was night and day. As a real estate investor, builder, and renovator himself, Nic knows the in-and-outs of the entire business. He has a good eye and when looking at potential houses, he was able to point out every detail, good and bad. He is also very communicative and responsive when we had questions or needed something quickly. We had several road bumps in the process, including issues with the insurance and the sellers agent being non-responsive to our requests, but Nic was able to get everything resolved promptly. Not to mention he was a lot of fun to work with! If we ever need to buy or sell in the future, we will definitely use him again. I highly recommend using Nic for your real estate needs!

Mr. Nicolosi was extremely helpful and readily available by email and by phone. There were some obstacles that we needed to overcome and had some complications throughout the process. Mr. Nicolosi was extremely helpful and made a difficult and hard long process much easier and got us into the home of our dreams. Would highly recommend him!!!
